A New Eco-Resort To Be Built In Northeastern Vietnam

Bao Tho Quoc Te Hoa Binh Eco-resort is the first of its kind in the country’s northwest region. It features a five-star hotel, relaxation facilities, spiritual sanctuaries, temples, and medical and fitness centres.

The eco-resort, a joint venture between the Singaporean-based Gia Phu International and HTV Investment and Development, cost about VND4.2 trillion (US$19.25 million) and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.

HTV Investment and Development committed its reputation to the eco-resort’s excellent standards and quality of services. The eco-resort is also the first to commit to the perseveration of the region’s ecosystem and natural environment with the establishment of a nature reserve to protect valuable herbs and ingredients used in traditional medicine.

The hotel is designed to house up to 250 guests. Located at Dan Ha, Ky Son District in Hoa Binh Province just 50km west of Ha Noi, the luxury eco-resort is right next to the Lang-Hoa Lac Highway, which will open for traffic within the next year.

The eco-resort would also contribute to local socio-economic development and provide employment opportunities for local residents, said Nguyen Duc Minh, deputy head of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
