Sofitel opened On Friday the doors of its second property in Singapore, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. Located in one of Asia’s most renowned leisure destinations, Sentosa, the Sofitel’s design reflects a bold and elegant style that integrates the surrounding nature within the hotel’s various buildings.

“We are delighted to open a new luxury resort hotel in Singapore and look forward to bringing Sofitel’s renowned levels of culinary delights and hospitality to our guests,” says Vincent Lelay, Cluster General Manager of Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and Sofitel So Singapore. “The Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa represents a significant step for Sofitel in further increasing its presence in Southeast Asia, and bringing French elegance and sophistication to an audience of increasingly discerning travellers in this region.”

“The Sofitel brand brings to Sentosa its distinctive French flair embodied in the resort’s artful decor, quality of service and culinary expertise. With 211 rooms and suites, plus four villas, the hotel also features the world’s largest So SPA, four F&B options-with two restaurantts, Kwee Zeen and Tandoor & Chinese-, over 1,300 sqm of MICE facilities, a 33-metre swimming pool and 11 hectares of tropical woodlands, offering guests a sense of relaxed sophistication and urban resort living. The newly revamped Conference Centre is designed to merge with the natural elements surrounding the venue. Boasting two ballrooms, 15 meeting rooms, outdoor verandas and a bridal suite, the pillar-less meeting rooms allow natural light to illuminate the space and stretches out to the outdoor lawn.
