The new-age carrier Vietjet has just added the world’s first 240-seat Airbus A321neo ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex) coded VNA-520 to its modern and young fleet.
The Airbus A321neo ACF aircraft has an innovated cabin structure, ensuring high standard inside its cabin and providing the best flight experience for customers.
The A321neo ACF helps reduce fuel consumption by at least 16%, reducing noise and emissions by up to 75% and 50% respectively. Vietjet currently owns one of the world’s youngest and most modern fleet with an average age of only 2.7 years and optimal operating costs, which helps bring more reasonable flying opportunities for customers. According to the aircraft manufacturer Airbus, the A321neo ACF serves as a base for Airbus to develop narrow-body aircraft on longer haul flights as A321LR.
With 129 domestic and international routes, Vietjet currently operates a fleet with the world’s top technical reliability of 99.64%. The A321neo ACF, arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City earlier this week, will be immediately integrated on Vietjet’s mid-haul flights.
Earlier in September the airline, which aims to become increasingly a consumer-friendly, service-oriented air carrier launched in association with major partners new technology tools. Vietjet’s wish is to create a diverse ecosystem based on modern technology platforms, offering many attractive, high quality services and products to meet the customers’ demands. In June 2019, Vietjet launched the new version of its mobile app integrated Vietjet SkyClub membership program featuring many incentives, practical utilities and fast booking on mobile phones.
In August, the airline also announced a partnership with Swift247 and Grab to provide super-expxress delivery, through GrabExpress’s freight forwarding service platform and Vietjet air services.
Along with its cooperation program with Google Flights, Vietjet also promotes Vietnamese people, tourism and the country to the world, as well as offering convenient travel opportunities for Vietnamese and international tourists.
